FreshKey exists because the “we buy houses” industry earned its reputation — lowball offers from a call center, numbers that drop a week before closing, and a process built on the seller knowing less than the buyer.

We’re building the opposite: a North Texas company, run by North Texans, that makes one honest offer with the math attached and then actually closes on it. Founded by Keaton Hargett, FreshKey works a deliberately small footprint — Southlake, Westlake, Grapevine, and the towns that border them — because fair pricing comes from knowing a market street by street, not from a formula applied to a county.

We won’t claim decades of history or thousands of houses — you can find those slogans anywhere. What we’ll claim instead: every offer shows its work, every closing runs through a local title company, and every seller hears “list it instead” when that’s the honest answer. That’s the company. It fits on one page on purpose.
